Do I need to provide an electric socket?
For most of our attractions we require a standard 13amp /16amp 24ov supply. This needs to be within 50 meters of the site. After this distance we would supply a generator or petrol blowers (additional cost) as the voltage drop in the cable becomes too great.

Does the price include delivery?

Can I move a bouncer after it is staked down?
Our fully trained operators will arrive at your venue with time to discuss your preferred location, we will then use the appropriate methods to anchor the bouncy castle to the surface. If you move the unit after we have anchored it then you do so at your own risk.

How big does the area have to be?
We need about a 3 foot clear access route to get the castle into your garden - we may have to take it through on a sack truck due to some of the weights of our castles so please make sure there is room! It is not easy to push in through a house due to furniture, carpets, etc so please take this into consideration. Once in the garden/venue we need about 3 foot around all the sides for the electricity, blower, etc.

What can I do before you deliver?
Please make sure that any paths, hallways, side passages or any other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles, etc. Also make sure that the area you wish to set up in is free of any sharp objects, debris or rubbish (including pet waste). We will need access to an electricity power point within 25 meters (80 feet). If power points are further distance than this please advise us at the time of booking.
